We take pride in all of the products that we carefully select for Modern Kid Stuff and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All such claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Modern Kid Stuff you can return the merchandise, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. We use UPS to ship our merchandise. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Modern Kid Stuff will run specials from time to time that will give shipping discounts for specific products. Shipping discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
